He also served as Chief Strategy Officer at the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia and has held board roles at Texas Industries, EasyKnock, and Glass Lewis & Company. Earlier in his career, Dennis also served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve receiving an honorable discharge.

Dennis holds a Bachelor in Economics from the Virginia Military Institute and a masters in finance from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.

Earlier in his career, he was Executive Vice President for Base Metals at Vale S.A., based in Canada, and Chief Executive Officer of Caemi S.A. Tito has held board roles at Cia Brasileira de Alumínio, Nexa Peru and Nexa Resources Atacocha S.A.A, and Norsk Hydro, and served as Chairman of the Brazilian Aluminum Association.

Tito holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and an M.B.A. from the IEAD Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is a Certified Director with the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Compensation Committee Position

Wendy has served as a Director of Namib Minerals since July 2026. She brings more than three decades of Board leadership across companies listed outside the U.S. and development finance. She chaired the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa from 1999 to 2009, overseeing the deployment of capital into mining, resources, and industrial projects across the continent. She stepped down as Independent Non-Executive Chair of Pepkor Holdings on 30 June 2026 (JSE: PPH). She is currently a non-executive director of Compagnie Financière Richemont (SIX: CFR), where she serves on the Governance & Sustainability and Nominations Committees. Her previous roles include Chairman of Vodacom Group and director of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Lesotho, completed the Management Advancement Programme at Wits Business School and the Board Development Programme at IMD Lausanne, and is the recipient of four honorary doctorates and the Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order (LVO), conferred by the British Crown.
